Can't fault them at all. Arrived at airport and the driver was there waiting right at the exit with my name printed on a sign. He was back at the hotel for collection around 30mins before the time agreed but said not to rush, that he is outside whenever we were ready. It was great actually as we were ready around 20mins earlier so we didn't have to hang around the hotel with 3 tired kids. Just brought us straight to the airport. Will definitely use again

The first 15 minutes are complimentary, and only the remaining 10 minutes are chargeable. Airport pickups come with 1 hour of complimentary wait time before the chauffeur leaves the pickup location. If you know ahead of time that you may be delayed or want to edit your booking, we recommend reaching out to us via chat on our website or WhatsApp.
Lux Berri, A New Class Of Luxury Limo Service, allows for comfort breaks along the route for City-to-City rides, but these do not include extra stops deviating from the direct route. Should you wish to make additional stops, you can book these trips separately or opt for a by-the-hour booking. By-the-hour bookings offer flexibility, allowing you to make as many stops as you like within the booked time. Please note, our by-the-hour service includes 20 km of travel per booked hour, and additional distance is charged extra.

If the ride was booked for someone else, this information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided during the booking process.
