The first 15 minutes are complimentary, and only the remaining 10 minutes are chargeable. Airport pickups come with 1 hour of complimentary wait time before the chauffeur leaves the pickup location. If you know ahead of time that you may be delayed or want to edit your booking, we recommend reaching out to us via chat on our website or WhatsApp.

Lux Berri, A New Class Of Luxury Limo Service, allows for comfort breaks along the route for City-to-City rides, but these do not include extra stops deviating from the direct route. Should you wish to make additional stops, you can book these trips separately or opt for a by-the-hour booking. By-the-hour bookings offer flexibility, allowing you to make as many stops as you like within the booked time. Please note, our by-the-hour service includes 20 km of travel per booked hour, and additional distance is charged extra.

Each category includes a selection of top-of-the-line models, which you can see listed during the booking process. If the ride was booked for someone else, this information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided during the booking process.

All payment methods must be set up through our website or app before the ride, eliminating the need for cash payments. Business accounts can request monthly invoices instead of paying ride-by-ride.

At Lux Berri, A New Class Of Luxury Limo Service, an hourly booking begins at the scheduled pickup time and location. The booking includes up to 20 km of travel per hour (e.g., a 5-hour booking allows up to 100 km). If the ride exceeds the allotted kilometers or surpasses the booked duration, additional fees may apply.
